Delaware State Police arrested a New York woman Thursday after investigating tips from the public about prostitution at a massage parlor located on Capitol Trail, east of Newark.
An undercover trooper entered the Asian Massage parlor and talked to a masseuse, later identified as Guang Cao, 44, of Flushing, N.Y.
While performing the massage, Cao offered to engage in sex for an additional payment.
Troopers took Cao into custody without incident. Cao was taken to Baylor Women’s Correctional Institution in lieu of $500 secured bond.
