A Delaware pharmaceutical company is raising $1 million.
Urigen Pharmaceuticals made the filing in connection with raising $1 million in debt securities.
The company, located on Silverside Road in north Wilmington, has already raised $750,000 of the $1 million listed in the Securities and Exchange Commission filing. The filing indicated that 12 investors have participated in the offering.
The company has been developing a drug treatment for bladder pain. The drug underwent a phase two trial several years ago.
The Securities and Exchange Commission last year revoked the company’s securities registration after it failed to provide required filings to the federal agency.
The latest filing says the offering is exempt from registration requirements.
