The site, which is 100 percent leased to the General Services Administration and Herr Foods, Inc., totals 345,600 square feet on 36 acres. It is located just off Interstate 95 in Cecil County, Md..
Cushman & Wakefield’s capital markets team of Cristopher Abramson, Brian Kruger, Nicholas Signor and Jonathon Chalkley, in conjunction with the industrial team of Matthew Laraway and Jonathan Casella, coordinated the sale of 4 Center Drive on behalf of the seller.
SK purchased the 4-building I-95 portfolio which included three buildings in the Baltimore and Harford County markets.
