Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop opened its third location of a development deal that aims to bring 50 new shops to the greater Dallas area.
The sandwich shop, which started with a location on Union Street in Wilmington, is growing into a nationwide company that even has a store in Beverly Hills, Calif. Earlier, a franchise agreement for the Washington, D.C. area was announced. The largest concentrations of stores are in Delaware and in Las Vegas. Capriotti’s is headquartered in Las Vegas.
In recent years, the company’s signature sandwich, the Bobbie, has gained national attention. The Bobbie features fresh turkey, cranberries and stuffing.
