SoDel Concepts  has opened a long-awaited Latino restaurant in Fenwick, according to a Facebook post.

“Papá Grande’s Coastal Taquería provides an authentic version of Latino cooking and cuisine.  From quesadillas and tacos, to ceviches and mole sauces,” a posting on the website noted.

“Matt Haley and Corporate Chef Doug Ruley have created a menu reflective of the traditions and home-style roots of the Latin American people, working with renowned chefs at the Texas branch of the Culinary Institute of America.”

In partnership with  Haleyu’s Global Delaware Fund, SoDel Concepts has pledged that a percentage of all profits from Papá Grandes will  goto a scholarship program that will benefit underprivileged Hispanic children.

The new venture will be  next to SoDel’s Catch 54,  on Route 54 in Fenwick Island.
