National Pump & Compressor leases 12,800 sq. ft. in New Castle

logoNational Pump & Compressor is leasing 12,880 square feet in the Creekwood Corporate Center at 900 W. Basin Road in New Castle.

The office is in a complex near the News Journal building. It is the first for the company in Delaware, which provided equipment that helped pump out water in New York City after Hurricane Sandy tore through the region.

The new facility will assist in the company’s disaster relief initiative, as well as serve industrial, construction, and municipal industries in the Greater Philadelphia area. National Pump and Compressor will employ 15 persons at this location.  NPC has 33 locations throughout the United States with four  additional locations in Canada. The company has been in existence since 2007.

“Our location at 900 West Basin Road in New Castle marks the beginning of our expansion into the northeast. Eventually, after additional offices open in this region, this location will serve as the NPC regional office,”  said Otto Steffers, northeast regional manager.
