CrossFit holds grand opening


crossfitWilmington Mayor Dennis P. Williams visited CrossFit Riverfront, the area’s largest CrossFit and performance facility, as the business hosted the grand opening of its new gym at 512 South Justison Street.

The new 12,000 square foot facility offers a variety of health and fitness options. Equipment includes kettle bells, medicine balls, barbells, gymnastics rings, yokes, atlas stones, tractor tires, sleds, prowlers, slam balls, plyometric boxes, axel barbells, rowing machines, reverse hyper machines, rogue pull-up rigs and Olympic lifting stations.

CrossFit Riverfront trains all members to become as fit as possible, using tested means of general physical preparedness, according to a release.
