Dallas-based Nectir Inc., a network of staffing firms, announced that it will be opening a franchise location in Dover.
Nectir Delaware will provide contingent staffing, contract-to-hire services, direct-hire services and rapid deployment staffing for local and regional companies. The branch is expected to be opening in spring 2013.

The company took note of Delaware’s below-average unemployment rate of 6.9 percent, prospects for job growth in 2013 and what it sees as growing demand for staffing services as the economy improves.
