New Castle County will present a minority-owned business forum to be held on Thursday, February 21, from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. the New Castle County Garfield Park Community Activity Center, at 26 Karlyn Drive, New Castle.
Sponsored by New Castle County Council President Christopher Bullock, with the support of County Executive Thomas P. Gordon, the forum is designed to provide insight to minority-owned business owners on how to conduct business with the county and how to become a registered vendor.
