JH Partners added anothr brand name to their portfolio with the acquisition of Alex and Ani. The retailer opened a store on Main Street in Newark earlier this year.
The Investment firm is known for specializing with middle-market consumer products and companies and has done deals with companies such as Bare Escentuals, Peet’s Coffee & Tea, and Frette.
Adding Alex and Ani into their group of specialized retailers makes sense when looking at the jewelry company’s well being. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
