South-Jersey-based Hutchinson Mechanical Services has acquired Cinnaminson, N.J.-based AMS Mechanical, Inc. – a commercial and institutional HVAC mechanical services business providing service in the Delaware Valley since 1990. Hutchinson also operates in New Castle County, Del.
“We’re committed to growing our business and look to further develop key relationships with partners that will continue to distinguish Hutchinson in this highly competitive environment,” said Ed Hutchinson, president of Hutchinson. Hutchinson operates in the state of Delaware and at one time was owned by a Wilmington-based utility company that for a time diversified into service areas.
The Hutchinson family later bought back the company.
