On the evening of Tuesday, September 4 residents of Milford that use Verizon for landline and wireless services experienced outages that lasted around seven hours.
Lee Gierczynski, manager of media relations for Verizon Wireless, stated that a roof leak at one of Verizon’s network facilities in New Castle, Delaware was responsible for the outages experienced across lower Delaware on Tuesday.
