WSFS Financial Corporation WSFS, the parent company of WSFS Bank, has been ranked on The News Journals “2012 Top Workplaces” list for the seventh consecutive year. Eighty-four companies across the State of Delaware participated in the “Top Workplaces” program, which has been analyzing Delawares business community for the past 13 years.
This year, WSFS was ranked second and received the highest honor for leadership among the large company group. In addition, this was the fifth year in a row that WSFS was ranked in the top 5. The Top Workplaces survey judged companies in the following categories: direction, execution, career, conditions, managers, and pay and benefits based on employee surveys.”
