Delaware business owner Sher Valenzuela took the administration of President Barack Obama to task for its business stance during a speech Tuesday night at the Republican National Convention.

Valenzuela, who is  is also running for Lieutenant Governor of Delaware, claimed in the 10-minute speech that  regulations from the administration constituted an “all out assault” on business.  She said Republican Presidential  nominee Mitt Romney understands  the needs of small businesses.

Valenzuela is co-owner of First State Manufacturing of Milford, which was named 2012  small business of the year in Delaware by the federal Small Business Administration.
