Three day care workers have been arrested after being accused allowing and even encouraging a fight between three-year-olds.
The three were arrested at Hands of Our Future LLC Daycare, l at 868 S. State St. in Dover. The arrests came after detectives viewed cell phone video of an incident in March.
According to detectives, three female employees watched and encouraged two children to fight each other
The three defendants, 19, 21 and 47, were each charged with Assault 2nd, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Reckless Endangering 2nd, and Conspiracy.
Hands of Our Future LLC Daycare has had its City of Dover Business License suspended pending a hearing.
Bond information was not immediately available.
