Upward Dog Pet Sitting has opened for business in Claymont, Del. as a dog-walking and pet-sitting service company.

The business operates in north Wilmington and southeastern Delaware County, Pa. with dog walking and in-home pet sitting for dogs, cats, rabbits, birds and other small animals.
“Claymont is a Blueprint Community, and I’m excited to be opening a new business here,” said Teresa Rothaar, owner.”
While busy professionals have long relied on dog walking services to exercise their pets and provide potty breaks during the day, in-home boarding of dogs, cats and other small animals is growing in popularity as an alternative to using traditional kennel facilities, according to the owner.
Upward Dog Pet Sitting is fully insured and bonded. Rothaar is a member of Pet Sitters International and Pet Sitters Associates, LLC.
