Wheeling-based recycling company is bidding for part of bankrupt RG Steel’s properties in Ohio, while a company that previously owned the steelmaking operation is looking to reacquire portions of its Wheeling Corrugating division. Not included is the Sparrow’s Point site in Baltimore.
