RG Steel LLC must sell the Sparrows Point complex by late July under terms established for a $50 million loan approved by a U.S. Bankruptcy Court on Friday, according to baltimoresun.com. The former Bethlehem Steel complex in the Baltimore area has struggled for survival under more than one owner.
