    From the beginning, legendary restaurant owner George Arthur “Dusty” Rhoads was a self-made man. His son Bruce said he started with nothing after being born in Pondtown, Md., arrived in Dover for high school to pursue a mechanic’s life and eventually transitioned into an entertaining 60-year foray into the restaurant industry and a great life lived.
