Protect Your Nonprofit Organization from a Cyber Attack webinar

The Delaware Small Business Development Center (DSBDC), in partnership with the Delaware Alliance for Nonprofit Advancement (DANA) and the University of Delaware’s Center for Community Research and Service, will host “Protect Your Nonprofit Organization from a Cyber Attack” on Tuesday, September 20th at 1:00 p.m.  as part of the DatAssured™ program. This event is free, but registration is required.

The webinar will cover the common cyber risks and behaviors that can expose an organization to a breach, how to detect and respond to a possible breach, and how to recover from a cyber-attack using NIST’s Cybersecurity Framework.

Daniel Eliot, manager of Technology Business Development at DSBDC said, “Helping Delaware’s nonprofits secure their critical data and infrastructure from cyber-attacks is an important piece to making Delaware a safe place to work, do business, and engage in the community.”

Wang is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM). She is the Assistant Director of Information Security Administration for the Board of Pensions of the Presbyterian Church.
