Special guest speaker Phil Clemens. Phil is recently retired as the CEO of all the businesses in the Clemens Family Corporation, including Hatfield Quality Meats.

He will share information on his experience in keeping the family business together, growing and stable over multiple generations. Clemens has spent his entire working career with the family business started in the 1890s by his grandfather. He began working in the legacy business, Hatfield Quality Meats, on a part-time basis while going to school.
