PAM Rehabilitation Hospital of Delaware is the second collaboration between MedCore Partners, a medical real estate developer and Post Acute Medical.

The companies previously completed an inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Kyle, TX.

By utilizing healthcare analytics and modeling tools, MedCore was able to identify a significant demand for inpatient rehabilitation services in the Dover market. They were then successful at rezoning the site to accommodate the hospital, a release stated.

MedCore previously announced that the Dover facility will be ready for patients by the end of 2018.
