Nine Morris, Nichols attorneys admitted to Delaware bar

Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell LLP is pleased to announce nine attorneys associated with the firm were admitted to the Delaware bar on Wednesday, December 13, 2017.

Morris Nichols Associates Admitted in December 2017 

  • Andrew S. Golden joins the Business Reorganization & Restructuring group.  Andrew earned his J.D. (2017) from the University of Pennsylvania Law School; and B.S. (2010) in commerce, with a concentration in finance and accounting, and a minor in economics, from the University of Virginia.
  • Jarrett W. Horowitz joins the Corporate & Business Litigation group.  Jarrett earned his J.D. (2017) magna cum laude, Order of the Coif from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law; and B.S. (2014) in international business, marketing from the University of Maryland.
  • Sara M. Kirkpatrick joins the Delaware Corporate Counseling group.  Sara earned her J.D. (2017) summa cum laude from the Drexel University School of Law; and B.A. (2013) in economics and English from the University of New Mexico.
  • Adam T. Nyenhuis joins the Corporate & Business Litigation group.  Adam earned his J.D. (2017) cum laude from Wake Forest University School of Law; and B.A. (2011) with distinction in political science from the University of Minnesota.
  • Jason Brian Schoenberg joins the Delaware Corporate Counseling group.  Jason earned his J.D. (2017) with honors from the George Washington University Law School; and B.A. (2013) magna cum laude in linguistics and sociology with a concentration in legal studies from Bucknell University.
  • Joseph A. Sparco joins the Corporate & Business Litigation group.  Joe earned his J.D. (2017) from the University of Virginia School of Law; and B.A. (2012) in philosophy and legal studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
  • Paige N. Topper joins the Business Reorganization & Restructuring group.  Paige earned her J.D. (2017) from Wake Forest University School of Law; and B.S. (2013) magna cum laude in justice studies from James Madison University.
  • Jennifer A. Ward joins the Intellectual Property Litigation group.  Jen earned her J.D. (2017) magna cum laude, Order of Coif from Villanova University School of Law; and B.A. (2014) summa cum laude in history and sociology from Mount St. Mary’s University.
  • Melanie H. Young joins the Commercial Law Counseling group.  Melanie earned her J.D. (2017) cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School; and B.B.A. (2014) summa cum laude in international business from George Washington University. 

In addition, attorney Sabrina Hendershot joined Morris Nichols as an associate after completing a judicial clerkship. She was previously admitted to the Delaware bar.

  • Sabrina M. Hendershot joined the Corporate & Business Litigation group.  Prior to joining Morris Nichols, she served as a Law Clerk to Honorable Collins J. Seitz, Jr., Delaware Supreme Court.  Sabrina earned her J.D. (2016) from Widener University Delaware Law School; and B.A. (2012) cum laude in political science from Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi.

Morris Nichols combines a broad national practice of corporate, intellectual property, business reorganization and restructuring, commercial law and litigation with a general business, tax, estate planning and real estate practice within the State of Delaware.
