Shelbourne University and LLCS Management have signed leases that added 10,000 square feet of occupied office space at University Office Plaza.
The office complex is located south of Newark and near Interstate 95.
Delaware Guidance, a large non-profit provider of social services has signed a long term lease at the property.
Delaware Sleep, a provider of care for sleep apnea and sleep-related disorders has also signed for space in the complex.
Also, the property continues to lease space in their small space program.
Newly built offices range in size from 250 square feet to 3,000 square feet, which has recently signed several new tenants including but not limited to: New Hope Rising Therapy, Winsor Staffing, Web Eye Inc., Focus Solution Services, New World Counseling and KNC Trucking.
