City Systems has experienced growth since transitioning from a real estate company that helped to change the landscape of Wilmington through historic renovations to a company that today focuses solely on real estate brokerage.
City Systems got its start through historic renovations and now focuses on real estate brokerage.
“We are excited about this opportunity to strengthen our resources and to continue to grow our business,” said Bonnie Sherr, who founded City Systems in 1981 with her late husband Vino Cericola. “This is a wonderful new chapter for City Systems and we are thrilled to join The Mottola Group.”

City Systems and The Mottola Group, led by Stephen Mottola, have a history of working together. In the mid-1990s, Mottola recognized the quality of and demand for City Systems’ home renovation services, and he was known to sell the homes even before work began.
Mottola also worked closely with City Systems on the renovation of his personal residences.
