Shore United Bank, a member of the Shore Bancshares community of companies, recently presented John Doerfler, sales & event manager with Kent County Office of Tourism, a check for $1,500.

The donation helps to fund the 82nd Annual Dover Days, the largest festival in Kent County, DE, drawing more than  55,000 people each year.   “We have sponsored the Sand Castle Exhibit for several years now. It is so rewarding to see the artistry in the carvings and the smiles that the castle put on everyone’s face”, said Teresa Swartz, branch manager at the Shore United Bank branch in Dover.  “We are committed to supporting our community and this is just one of many ways that we do that.”   For more information on becoming a customer of Shore United Bank, visit ShoreUnitedBank.com.
