Vita Nova is gearing up for the spring semester and will open for lunch on Monday, February 13th and for dinner on Wednesday, February 15th.
During the semester, patrons can visit its Facebook page to look at our spring menus, make reservations and get information about upcoming events such as cookbook dinners, concert dinners and theater nights in the bistro
The restaurant has earned high marks and operates at limited times during semesters at the University of Delaware.
The restaurant is operated by students in the university’ Department of Hospitality Business Management within the Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics. The department has been ranked as one of the top programs in the country.
