Nason named contractor for CSC expansion project

Nason Construction, Inc. has been chosen as the construction manager for the Corporation Service Company  (CSC) project at 2801 Centerville Road.

The project will expand CSC’s Delaware campus to a second building directly across the street from their new global headquarters, adding approximately 80,000 square feet of office space.

The dollar value was not released.

This project will help unify CSC’s workforce of nearly 1,000 Delaware employees,  currently occupying  six separate locations throughout the state.

“Nason Construction has maintained a long-standing relationship with Corporation Service Company,” says Tom Nason, chief executive officer for Nason. “We couldn’t be more proud to be working with such an important, flourishing Delaware business again.”

Nason is currently renovating the building at 2801 Centerville Road to meet the CSC office standards that will be implemented in their headquarters campus, including an open work space layout in addition to collaborative areas, a social cafe, and updated restroom facilities.

“Our goal is to bring all our Delaware employees together,” says Scott Malfitano, vice president and global headquarters project leader for CSC. “We are implementing the same office standard as we have planned in the new headquarters, creating a cohesive, technologically advanced campus that is welcoming to our employees and guests.”

AEGIS Property Group is acting as the owner’s representative firm, and the project, scheduled for completion in May of 2017. Designer is  NORR.

Nason has been providing construction services since 1922

Nason currently operates in northern Delaware, Philadelphia and on the Delmarva Peninsula.
