This project will help unify CSC’s workforce of nearly 1,000 Delaware employees,  currently occupying  six separate locations throughout the state.

“Nason Construction has maintained a long-standing relationship with Corporation Service Company,” says Tom Nason, chief executive officer for Nason. “We couldn’t be more proud to be working with such an important, flourishing Delaware business again.”

Nason is currently renovating the building at 2801 Centerville Road to meet the CSC office standards that will be implemented in their headquarters campus, including an open work space layout in addition to collaborative areas, a social cafe, and updated restroom facilities.

“Our goal is to bring all our Delaware employees together,” says Scott Malfitano, vice president and global headquarters project leader for CSC. “We are implementing the same office standard as we have planned in the new headquarters, creating a cohesive, technologically advanced campus that is welcoming to our employees and guests.”
