Last week, Nanticoke Health Services celebrated the 65th anniversary of the dedication of its hospital in Seaford.
Nanticoke Memorial Hospital was named in honor of those who served in World War II and was dedicated on Armistice Day, now Veteran’s Day.
“We are forever grateful for the sacrifice of all our veterans have made in service to each of us. In the spirit of service and caring for those in need, we are honored to continue to serve all the residents of Western Sussex County. As we celebrate our history, we also celebrate you and thank you for all you have done for us,” an announcement on social media stated.
