Gore ranked 3rd on Best Multinational Workplace list

gore (2)Newark-based W. L. Gore & Associates earned the No. 3 spot on the 2016 list of Best Multinational Workplaces, announced by Great Place to Work and Fortune magazine.

The ranking is the world’s largest annual study of workplace excellence and identifies the 25 best multinational companies in terms of workplace culture.

“We are a company of passionate associates, creative thinkers and problem solvers with a shared commitment to our organization’s success,” says CEO Terri Kelly, who joined Gore as an engineer more than 30 years ago. “We are dedicated to advancing our materials to make the world a better place. The Best Multinational Workplaces list is based on the results of the Great Place to Work Institute’s national top workplace lists.


Conducted annually around the globe, these lists rank organizations based on the results of an in-depth culture audit and employees’ assessments of their jobs, managers, coworkers, opportunities for training and support for work/life balance, among other factors.
