The Castro Firm, Inc. has expanded its services to include e-consultation and greater access to mediation.
The expanded offerings come as The Castro Firm celebrates its tenth anniversary in providing representation for Delaware and New Jersey residents and businesses.
The firm, founded by president and managing attorney Tabatha L. Castro, has expertise in a wide variety of practice areas, including family law and divorce, business law, personal injury, wills and probate, workers’ compensation, employment and immigration law.
“We pride ourselves in understanding the needs of our clients — busy professionals who want to trust their legal needs to one firm. They made it clear that they want more electronic consultations to get their answers faster. Many also prefer mediation for personal injury, family affairs and contract disputes,” Castro said.
E-consultations – or online consultations – provide a way for clients to ask a legal question without the hassle of taking time from work or driving to one of the firm’s offices in Wilmington and Dover. Clients receive an answer within 48 hours for a flat rate.
Online legal consultations have been gaining in popularity because of the simplified process and client satisfaction.
Castro and her staff will celebrate the firm’s accomplishments over the past 10 years at an anniversary event to be held on December 9 at World Cafe Live in Wilmington, DE.
The Castro Firm, Inc. also offers court-certified mediation services, which allow for a potential settlement of a dispute or family law issue by using an independent, unbiased and experienced person between two contending parties to help reach a resolution.
“Mediation offers an alternative to time-consuming and expensive litigation. The plaintiff and defendant can work quickly toward a mutually acceptable arrangement,” Castro added.
The Castro Firm, Inc. is one of the first Hispanic and woman-owned law firms in Delaware.
