Gov. Jack Markell joined legislative sponsor, State Rep. Helene Keeley, Councilman Bob Williams, Sen. Bethany Hall-Long, New Castle County Sheriff Trinidad Navarro, Saint Francis Healthcare administrators and staff and others, to sign House Bill 214. The bill raises the penalties for assaults on nurses. The signing took place Saint Francis Healthcare in Wilmington earlier this month.
