In addition to the individual attorney rankings,Chambers has recognized six of the firm’s practice areas for excellence, with the firm’s Bankruptcy/Restructuring, Chancery, Corporate/M&A & Alternative Entities, and Real Estate practices receiving the publication’s highest Band 1 ranking.  Chambers reports that Richards, Layton & Finger represents “the gold standard in Delaware.”

“We are committed to delivering extraordinary service and the best possible results for our clients,” said Robert Krapf, president of Richards, Layton & Finger, “and we’re proud and honored that Chambers USA consistently recognizes the skill and achievements of our outstanding attorneys.”
