The new Pro Cutz Sports Barbershop recently opened at the Vineyards at Nassau Valley, located at 12001 Old Vine Blvd. in Lewes, off Rt. 9 and Coastal Highway.
Pro Cutz is a full-service men’s barbershop specializing in men’s hot lather shaves, beard trims, razor cuts and colors. The proprietor, Chester Hope, has been in business in the Kent County and Sussex County area for many years. Total space leased is 1,126 square feet.
NAI Emory Hill Lewes broker Ann Bailey, represented the landlord, Vineyards Rental Holdings LLC, in the transaction. The Vineyards of Nassau Valley is comprised of two three-story, fully landscaped buildings that provide a mix of office and retail space as well as pad sites. The complex is approximately 90 percent occupied; and only one space in each building remains.
