Ocean View Beach Club is having the Grand Opening of its single family model homes on Presidents Day weekend.
Three fully-furnished models of the six single family products are available for tours.
Tours of the Dewey II, Bethany II and Lewes II models will take place from 10 a.m. to -6 p.m. on Friday, February 12th through Monday, February 15th.
Ocean View Beach Club is located a little over a mile from Bethany Beach.
Amenities include an 8,000-plus square-foot club house operated by a lifestyle coordinator with a state-of-the-art fitness center; men’s and women’s specific luxury locker rooms with full sauna, steam and massage rooms; multipurpose room for programmed fitness classes and/or banquets; outdoor resort style pool; indoor lap pool and sauna; multipurpose sports court; and community trails and gardens.
