Tickets go on sale Friday for the 2016 Firefly Music Festival.
The festival on a portion of the Dover Downs complex will be held on June 16-19.
Well-known artists Mumford and Sons, Kings of Leon, Florence and the Machine, Ellie Goulding, Deadmau5, Earth Wind and Fire and Blink-182, are among the acts slated to appear at the popular event.
The festival from Chicago-based Red Frog Events had seen growing attendance each year and received a major boost when Paul McCartney made an appearance. The first festival was held in 2012.
The former Beatle was booked not too long before the 2015 festival. The addition of the McCartney did not sit well with all festival-goers who like the mix of alternative bands.
Last-minute bookings are common for the festival, along with a cancellation or two.
Big Barrel, a country music festival that follows Firefly announced its line-up. Brad Paisley, Hank Williams, Jr., Dwight Yoakam and Eric Church are among the announced performers.
The festival has provided a boost for the Kent County economy, which has seen a decline in attendance at the two NASCAR weekends at the nearby track.
