Wesley Cox, senior advisor with Sperry Van Ness – Miller Commercial Real Estate in Salisbury, Md. was awarded the Community Service Award during the Coastal Association of Realtors Annual Awards ceremony. The award recognizes lengthy civic activity. The Coastal Association of Realtors (CAR) supports more than 900 Realtors who serve Somerset, Wicomico and Worcester Counties, and CAR is the industry advocate for the real estate industry, the real estate professional and private property rights.
Cox regularly volunteers for numerous organizations, including the Christian Shelter, the Salvation Army, the Mission of Mercy, and the Chesapeake Housing Mission.
When asked about the award Wesley said, “I’m honored to represent the real estate industry as a community service advocate. The true reward however is not receiving a plaque, but seeing the positive effect we all can have and the faces of those that are impacted.”
As a 12 year veteran of commercial real estate, Cox specializes in the sale and lease of commercial investment property, industrial, retail, self-storage, office and land located on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Southern Delaware.
