Wilmington restaurant closed; drug paraphernalia seized

Wilmington Police and  with  License and Inspections workers  shut down the Golden Star Restaurant, at the corner of Fourth and North Madison Streets.

Corporal Devon Jones and Patrolman William Ball concluded an ongoing investigation after arresting  restaurant owner, Bik Y. Lau, for  allegedly selling drug paraphernalia  from the establishment.

Jones and Ball executed a search warrant at the Golden Star Restaurant and seized  more than  600 pieces of drug paraphernalia.  License and Inspection  issued multiple citations, which led to the closure of the establishment.
