Kevin Handy, 22, of Seaford was arrested Thursday May 9t after detectives gathered information that he was involved in the May 8th burglary to Delmarva Shooting Supply near Seaford.

The investigation determined Handy, along with Daniel L. Cornish, 21 of Seaford; Donald R. White, 19, of Seaford; and Devlyne King, 19, of Georgetown, forced their way into the business through a window.  The suspects allegedly removed 17 long rifles, 35 handguns, and a large quantity of ammunition.  The suspects then fled the scene after the shop owner confronted them once he was alerted to the store by the alarm system.

Delaware State Police were able to locate Handy as a passenger in a vehicle traveling in Seaford.  Upon searching the car, detectives found two handguns that were reported stolen from the gun shop.  A search warrant was also executed at the residence where Cornish and Donald resided in Seaford.  Detectives were able to locate a lower assembly from a rifle, connected to the burglary.

Handy was held on $141,000 cash bond.

The other suspects turned themselves in and were held on $285,00 cash bond.
