Long & Foster expands luxury homes report area to Delaware

imagesLong & Foster  Real Estate Inc. announced the expansion of the Long & Foster  LuxInsight Report.

The  monthly report that provides an  overview of real estate market trends for luxury properties now includes  Delaware.

The LuxInsight reports were first launched in January 2013, and covered seven major regions and 10 counties throughout Long & Foster’s footprint. The  existing LuxInsight report for the Eastern Shore has been expanded to include Sussex County in Delaware. The  Philadelphia metropolitan area report has been expanded to cover Gloucester, Camden and Burlington Counties in New Jersey.

A new LuxInsight report for the Wilmington/Dover, Del., area has been added, covering Kent and New Castle counties in Delaware, Cecil and Kent counties in Maryland, and Salem County in New Jersey.
