PBF adds more details to plans to ship crude to refinery via rail

    PBF Energy has offered more details on its plan to ship crude oil to its Delaware City Refinery via rail.

    The New Jersey-based refiner announced in a release it is committed to sharply increasing rail shipments to the 190,000 barrel a day refinery. The company is currently unloading 20,000 barrels per day of crude oil at the refinery. It is also opening an office in Canada and leasing rail cars.
