The car-maker is seeking funding in China as its federal loan remains suspended for failure to meet financial benchmarks.
That loan was to be used to build a mid-sized Fisker Atlantic at the former GM Boxwood plant.
The battery maker for the company’s Fisker Karma luxury plug-in hybrid is now under control of a company from that nation. A company from China acquired A123 systems out of a bankruptcy court case in Wilmington.
