Atlantic Trust opens Wilmington office

headerAtlantic Trust, the private wealth management division of Invesco Ltd. announced it is opening a new office in Wilmington, Del. at 1201 North Orange Street, Suite 705. It is the firm’s 12th office in the U.S.

Managing Director Dee Ann Schedler will serve as head of the new office, with Managing Director Jeffrey C. Dillman serving as senior relationship manager. Both professionals will continue to maintain their current client relationships within the Mid-Atlantic region.

“I’m very pleased to announce the opening of our new office in Delaware,” said Jack Markwalter , chairman and CEO for Atlantic Trust. “This strategic move is part of what has been a successful, ongoing effort to expand our business into important wealth markets throughout the nation.”

Schedler has more than 25 years of industry experience, joining Atlantic Trust in 2004 from SunTrust Bank, where she had served as regional managing director of the personal asset management division.

Previously, she was a managing director and senior portfolio manager with Riggs & Co. private client division and a portfolio manager at ASB Capital Management. Schedler graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and is a member of the CFA Institute.

Dillman has more than 31 years of industry experience, joining Atlantic Trust in 2008 from Bessemer Trust Company of Delaware, where he was a principal and senior client account manager. Previously, he was responsible for managing a team of investment and fiduciary officers for BNY Mellon Wealth Management.
