Rose and a Prayer, Inc., a pro-life  group and RosePAC, a pro-life political action committee, named Dave Crossan, a former Executive Director of both A Rose and a Prayer and the Republican Party of Delaware as president.

Ellen Barrosse, the founder and president of the organization, will take on her new role of Republican National Committeewoman for Delaware. Barrosse will continue as the President of A Rose and a Prayer Education Group, a nonpolitical pro-life education and outreach charity. Barrose is the owning of a technical writing and services business.

Jimmy Bell, a political advocacy professional from the conservative Washington, D,C.-based American Principles Project, will serve as Associate Director of RosePAC and A Rose and a Prayer, Inc. The two organizations and a Rose and a Prayer Education Group, have opened a new 1,700 square foot office for their headquarters in the Delaware Corporate Center on Concord Pike.

Barrosse said, “It has been a pleasure leading A Rose and Prayer, Inc. and RosePAC. We have repeatedly stopped bills that attempted to promote life-destroying human embryonic stem cell research in Delaware–in the process building the largest base of conservative activists in Delaware.”

Barrose also said, “In the past year, I have focused on raising the cash needed to begin the process this year of electing a pro-life legislature in Delaware. There is no one in the state who is better qualified to ramp up our electoral involvement than Dave Crossan. He is absolutely one of the best political strategists I have worked with, and I look forward to watching RosePAC have a real impact in the 2012 election cycle.”
