A former employee was arrested after a burglary at a Dover fence company.
At 5 p.m. on Friday, Dover Police Officers were called to a burglary in progress at the Touch of Class Fencing Company on south State Street and saw a vehicle leaving the area. Officers stopped the vehicle and saw burglary tools inside the vehicle.
It was determined that the business had been forcibly entered, with items from the business in the vehicle.
The driver of the vehicle, Daniel Franz, 31, a former employee of the business, was arrested on burglary and related charges. No bond information was released.
