Bruce M. Stargatt has been awarded the Order of the First State by Governor Jack Markell. The award is the highest honor for service granted by the governor.
Stargatt is a founding partner of Young, Conaway, Stargatt and Taylor, one of Delaware’s largest law firms. He has also been active in community and legal affairs circles.
