NVR, Inc. opened new Delaware Regional Sales Center in Rehoboth Beach. The new center allows homebuyers to learn more about 12 Ryan Homes‘ Southern Delaware communities seven days a week. Other communities are in the works, the builder noted.
The center may also be an indication of a recovering housing market in Sussex County. Parts of the county have been in a lengthy slump dating back five years or more. A slumping economy first affected the vacation and second home market, prior to make its way into other markets.
The sales center also makes it easier for the builder to market multiple communities and cut down on the costs of staffing sales trailers and model homes.
Ryan lists itself as the largest home builder in Delaware.
